  Attempted to return an item I bought online. Staff wasn't able to locate a sku number and told me they couldn't accept the return. It was a rather large item I lugged there, with a recent back injury. Staff was quick to turn me away, telling me I would have to mail the item back to world market online. I left with item, baffled, honestly. In my car I called world market who too, were baffled. All in all I was able to make the return. Just wished staff was more eager to assist customers and that they knew their jobs better. If they took the initiative to call world market online, rather then basically tell me I am on my own, I would not be writing this review. Frustrating experience. And very little help loading and unloading huge and heavy item.
